Not at all true. I'll repeat and even clarify. I have never seen one instance whereby the investors in a sub-penny pink sheet have benefited from winning a court case. In the very few cases where a legal victory has been won and money collected, the money, ALL the money, ALL the time, goes into the pockets of insiders.
