I presume you are predicting Linda and LG will shortly be meeting with their defence lawyers in anticipation of being sued or put on trial as criminals?

Didn't they already say someone is suing them but agreed to hold off until the investigation is complete? How is that not obviously Woodford? His $180mm investment is now worth $19.5mm. The P3 is on hold but probably halted for futility and it looks like they funneled at least $70mm of his private place to Cognate, and managed to only get some 60 patients randomized with it. Nice.

Yeah I say sue them. Hopefully the public will find out what happened here.

Retail investors, like those predominately invested in NWBO, tend to hold their losers for massive losses and sell their winners for minor profits. It's a bad strategy :)
