the payroll co. is taking over the ARIOQ shell for $25k and wiping out the shareholders and not taking the nol for irs losses carried forward on purpose and wiping out the shareholders. in other words the payroll co. wants the shell without the shareholders and he and he alone will issue up to 1billion shares in new debt when he feels like it. been there done that 35 yrs experience here.
