Common shareholders are listed as Equity Interest Holder - it is clearly defined in the document.

"22. Equity Interest Holder shall mean the holder of an equity interest in the Debtor.

23. Equity Interest shall mean any interest in the Debtor represented by stock, warrants, options, or other rights to purchase any shares of stock in the Debtor."

Plain as day on Page 12: it lists 3 impacted people: Delmar Janovec, Fractional Shareholders and Douglas Horton. THAT'S IT!!!! No where does it state all commons will be cancelled

Yes it clearly states that ALL Equity Interest will be terminated - that is Common, Preferred, warrants etc - they are all cancelled.
