You and I are definitely thinking along the same line on this one. I don't have PM but I do think this is a Nasdaq caliber company we are getting if deal goes through. Maybe the plan is to uplist to OTCQB first and then maybe do a tiny 5 or 10 to one split again to be eligible. Or if they keep the SS at say 25M and are doing $50M in revenue a P/S of only 1 would put us at a MC of$50M. Sounds kind of far-fetched but anything is possible in OTC land. Will be interesting to see how this plays out and hopefully we are on the right track here. IMHO
