I have many million shares but they are not for sale! Let's say I have 50M shares that I have recently purchased for .0001. After 100/1 RS I will only have 500K. But those now will be in shares of a new company called Pixelmags that seems to be the real deal. After RS there should be just a bit over 20M shares outstanding. That is my understanding of recent 8K. IMHO
