The TA need to receive all the info for all brokers in order to release the cert .. some already compiled, others( Ameritrade ) are still wondering !
The Time is on our side ... and the SEC is on their case daily ..there is no escape ...
right now the mouse is in the box still alive ! soon will be over ...)
