Pixelmags the "Netflix for magazines."

Last known revenue number was $48M with 70 employees. The 100/1 RS will place us at under 22M shares outstanding with a price of $.01 based on today's pricing. Try to find similiar OTC stocks with 48M in revenue with 22M common outstanding and a price of $.01. And this company is a relatively new startup with cutting edge technology. We do not know the growth rate or what the balance sheet looks like yet or anything about profitability but seems to me to be worth far more than $220,000. IMHO
