AZN is not going to wait until the Phase 2 is complete.

They are going to observe day to day and make a pitch as soon as they are confident that a bid is required.

Remember, Stemcentrx got bought out last month for $10 billion $$ in cash, stock & future royalties for a Phase 1 drug.

IMO, the move here is to load up and wait.

The share price is going to move uo nicely just on word or mouth and then a dramatic move on more solid news.

Own TPIV here below .60 BIG.............and cash in for 7 figures at some point.
