Maybe the Reverse Split will be tomorrow, maybe Friday, maybe next week, maybe in a month.

Nobody knows exactly when it will be. THAT is the problem. It will be announced after the close one day, and take place before trading the next day. Expect a HUGE sell off when it is announced.

It means not only HUGE dilution, but insiders shares not splitting make common MUCH less valuable.

Next big event is the actual 14A. When that hits you can turn out the lights on TRTC.
