No currently I hold no position here..

I am just observing and waiting for the next 10k before I take any new position.

You have to understand the only reason this stock did what it did is because of the confusion and dumping the JPHC share holders did when they paniced and thought they could fool the system.

The company itself is only worth between one to three cents at this point in time.

Once the restricted shares are UN restricted than you will have a sub penny woofer again.
