Subject: RE: Wilson Turbopower & Cetek relationship

Thank You for the quick reply. I'm confused though, as per this article
dated May 20 it appears a relationship still existed? Am I reading too much

into this? Cetek is completely out of the picture? Thanks

High-tech firm keeps a low profile
Ceramic work is well-known

By Craig Wolf
Poughkeepsie Journal

One of the intriguing high-tech companies in the mid-Hudson is a little one
called Cetek Technologies, Inc.

Cetek specializes in ceramics for electronics and power generation
industries. People who know the company say it's good at what it does.

"They're extraordinary, actually," said Bruce Anderson, CEO and a founder of

Wilson Turbopower in Woburn, Mass. "They really did a great job for us and
we really are indebted to them."

Wilson recently debuted a breakthrough in the field of regeneration, which
is a form of heat exchanger that can be used to make microturbine power
generators much more efficient and save energy in various industrial
applications, such as brickmaking. The key is using ceramics, rather than
just metal, a technique that reduces size, boosts efficiency and ultimately
saves costs.

"It preheats the combustion air that a turbine uses so that the combustor
doesn't have to use as much fuel to bring air temperature up to the very
high temperature used," Anderson said.

Anderson said Cetek made about 75 percent of the components, and not just
the ceramics, for the models built to demonstrate the viability of the
approach. "Beta" models are being marketed to potential users for testing.

Not too talkative

But, despite its apparent successes, Cetek has little to say for itself.

Some investors have contacted the Poughkeepsie Journal asking what's up with

Cetek, and expressing unhappiness with the lack of data from the company,
which hasn't issued a news release since November. Then, CEO Fayiz Hilal
said production furnaces were running constantly despite some softness in
revenue. A business making aluminum reclamation furnaces was picking up.

The company has issued news releases about once a quarter, but issues no
formal reports. Its stock trades publicly on the "pink sheets," the lowest
echelon of the markets.

Five years ago this week, Cetek took an exemption under the Securities and
Exchange Act rules allowing it to suspend its duty to report financial
results to its 128 investors then, as well as to the general public.

Cetek's stock price was $0.0011 at Friday's close of trading, which makes it

less than a penny stock.

What does Cetek have to say now? Hilal, reached Friday at the Town of
LaGrange factory, only chuckled and said he had no comment to offer, but
he'd like to talk in the future.

He's said the same thing for several years now.
