Debt reduction lmao how about u call it what it is Diluting shareholders into oblivion for the umpteenth time. Anyone that thinks the way this "reduction" is being done is beneficial needs a math lesson. For every 100 million shares that's dumped on shareholders heads at .0001 there is a measly 5k paid off of the debt since the note holders get shares at 50 percent of the price. Do I need to remind you how many hundreds of thousands in Convertible Debentures they have due ? It's laughable that anyone would consider this " debt reduction" a positive. Do you know why they are being converted ? Because this company you claim has increasing revenue defaulted on the loan and can't pay it back... Guess why cause they have no money so instead they allow Millions of shares to be dumped and try to twist it into a positive. What a joke.
