I'll ignore that.

We agree, per your note, that JNJ's 4+ year assault on DECN, based on patent infringement was found to be invalid. But we haven't discussed the fact that JNJ sent hundreds of letters to DECN's potential customers, threatening them with a JNJ law suit if they sold DECN's strips. And their was no mention that Walmart testified in court that they received one of these letters.

My attempted point was that Sherman Act violations had nothing to do with the rulings.
