You are using the wrong rankings when you calculate this. You are using the rankings of the catagory "books " when you should be using overall rankings for "all" free apps. I believe that's what this study concludes. I looked at the top 350 free apps and did not see powfolio or for that mater I did not see the 2nd ranked "book" app in the same list. I believe we can all conclude that powfolio is overall ranked in the bottom 1000s.
