In my message I never said they admitted to infringing. Now tell

me this if they were not infringing do you think they would pay?

If they was not infringing then why would IDCC go to court or

arbitration? My comments were infringing is not like a criminal

case where new evidence may be brought up that changes the

verdict. Infringing if found can only be changed if the patent

that is being infringed has been found invalid.

I could care less if they admit they are infringing but we all

know paying is basically admitting they are infringing but for

me admission is not important but paying is very important.
