You actually believe that Volkswagon can't make a car that meets the standard? You do realize 95% of their fleet meets the standards. The was only one line of cars that they cheated on to meet the ridiculous emissions standard our worthless EPA has imposed on diesel cars. They cheated, they got caught, they paid the price.

All their new diesels meet and exceed the standard. They don't need Serge's gizmo to fix the problem, and no one thinks that but you.
