That might be true but that is not an IFUS issue. (That all companies who haven't reported financials for 2 years should be halted) Take that up with the SEC. As far as IFUS is concerned it is a non-reporting company at this point and in compliance with the SEC requirements (as much as some may not like that due to whatever bias they might have.)
