My condolences for you losses, and Our Thanks to all your relatives who served. My dad and grandfather, and 4 uncles served, my 4 uncles in WWII. Dad in Korea just after the "official" war ended, and again in Vietnam. Air defense, West Point graduate. My father was never the same after Vietnam. He saw so many fine young men, who he felt were his friends, not show up at the lunch canteen, after missions. His brother a fighter pilot in WWII. Paternal Grandfather, immigrant born in the early 1880's, joined the U.S. Cavalry and scouted/patrolled/defended the U.S. Border in the days that Pancho Villa was active.

You are so Lucky to still have your Dad! I hope he is healthy and enjoying life!
