IF I'm reading it right the original Form 15 was filed based on Rule 12g-4(a)(1), which calls for less "Less than 300 persons" while they clearly indicated on BOTH forms that they in fact had 1175 shareholders.

That would have been the reason they withdrew it, right? They HAD to?
Why would it have taken from April until September to do that?

Or might I be missing something else.....
