Sure, they found so much oil that the stock is trading under 6 cents. Maybe confirmation of the discovery would help. Perhaps a straight-from-a-friend-of-a-friend big jane rumor? Or a few dozen kaboom repititions? Surely something could be fabricated to fuel a test of the .43 pump and dump high from about a year ago.
