I got the following informatioim from TCNH.

The company will be able to distribute the stock dividend once its registration statement is declared effective by the SEC.

The SB2 Registration Statement needs to go effective. We anticipate this will take place within the next 30 days. Then the shares should be sent to you directly from the transfer agent.
