A wrinkle. I have just discovered that the company in question, Decision Diagnostics Corp., filed a Form 15 last year which they then withdrew. I don't know the whys and wherefores of that.
Since that time, however, they have been reporting via OTCMarkets on a current basis.

None of that changes your thoughts on their disclosure obligations, does it?

"Successful commercialization is succeeding in the process of
commercializing. It is not successfully having commercialized."
