After all this complaining (by others, not you) about the amount that NNVC is paying Theracour to develop the drugs (including how to manufacture them), the thought (yours, apparently) now is that NNVC did/does NOT pay for Theracour employees to develop the drugs?

Theracour is hiring people and figuring out how to manufacture nanoviricides on their own dime and not being reimbursed by NNVC for said work?

Sounds like a bunch of hooey to me.

I honestly don't know the answer to who would own the IP related to drug production if NNVC paid Theracour to do the work on their behalf as part of the contract / license. But, I think it's pretty clear that NNVC is paying Theracour to do so, as defined in the contract, and about which people complain here forever, over and over again. What else would NNVC be paying Theracour to do?
