What did NNVC pay for? They didn't pay the employees who did the work and developed the processes. TheraCour did and TheraCour owns any IP coming out of that work.

It's a fatal flaw for anyone basing their investment on the belief that NNVC owns what you are referring to as "The Trade Secret".
