Interesting insight you have shared. I would think for some of these high talent individuals, LWLG offers a once in a lifetime super-high reward opportunity, and if they trust Lebby would follow all-in rather than holding onto a more stale cushy position at a mega-corp. You never know for sure, but I sure would have taken that leap, because its not like they are unemployable if LWLG fails. I guess with a little work on the side, these guys want their cake and to eat it too or maybe they have families to support that have gotten used to a certain lavish level of living large. Who knows?

I do very much like Lebby's statement that LWLG will only hire someone he considers "World Class" - NOW, that is a BOLD testament to Lebby's level of confidence. Nevertheless, I'd still like to see him and others personally financially invested in LWLG. Investing one's sweat equity for payment in options is also a level of commitment, because there is NO guarantee the options will ever be worth anything, but it's just not the same as putting one's hard earned money where one's mouth is.

I'm still all in LWLG, never sold a share and getting a little excited again,
