I'd say 'not easy' to make a deal is a huge understatement.

This guy would be better to bail here and go find himself a clean shell. There is no barrier to entry in the re-packaged C/D/E list movie business. Buy rights to an old, moldy title, re-release it under a new name.
Not really enougbh revs to be public, more like a sole proprietorship.
