I think CREG could be planning a buyout. So they don't care if Carlyle beats the stock down.

They made the Q1 results look very poor. When in fact they booked a $2.8M loss on a sale. Why didn't they mention that?

Suppose the float is 4M shares and they offer $5/share. They have the money. Perfect steal.
