LOL, what do you call these?
Buyback, uplisting are what exactly?

CDNL’ CEO, Kevin Jones Goal – Up Listing

‘CDNL’ now with more working capital in hand, has hired a CFO who is highly experienced in the public company space to help with ‘CDNL’ direction to have 'CDNL' audit ready and in compliance with all future filings. To give the CFO the needed tools, ‘CDNL’ is also bringing in the CFO cost accounting group to work with the day to day work as well as the filings. With this program in place and successful implementation ‘CDNL’ can begin going through the steps to improve our over the counter status as well as keep 'CDNL' on track to our goal of up listing in the future.

If I'm the CEO of a company, and I basically have more knowledge of its operations than anyone.....why would I buy shares, and risk my own personal finances, if I knew things were bad? I'd be selling shares....not buying them. I'd only buy if I knew that big things were in the works, and that the price would go higher, based on bullish developments behind the scenes. Kevin is buying! Millions of Shares with his own money! It's just common sense. When the biggest insider is buying......you buy....period! CDNL

One small flaw in your theory, there is no pump, if anything this needs more exposure to new blood.

When you watch these thing for many years you see a pump and dump when its happening, it involves massive exposure, paid press, bogus PRs with no 8Ks and a CEO who is invisible and non communicative and no market or product . All pretty much the opposite of what we see here.

CEO only has 43 million shares so its not in his interest to succeed LOL, much better to fool everybody for pennies LOL You see the weakness of your argument

Always only invest what you can afford to, that is trading 101.
