AMRN had the chance to sell the company in 2012 but they got greedy and rolled the dice

Management does not have any power to avoid a bid. They could support or be against it ... I am not aware of any announcement about any BO offer ... GIA wasn't a decision, it was the possibility.

AMRN had absolutely NO contingency plan post ADCOM.

The "incompetent / unprepared" management made an announcement within 6 days ... October 22, 2013

AMRN management has done nothing right since 2012.

I stand corrected, but:
- the Co is still operating
- interim is "at the door"
- final is less than 2 years
- sales is growing
- imminent ... dilution was delayed by (at least) 8 months
