The realities are;

1. Patents or no patents, the "best" lead-acid battery there is -- isn't -- as of 7/27/06, at any rate.

2. How do we know that they're working on the pilot plant? Has there been any information from the "horse's mouth" to that affect?

3. Everyone here would be tickled whizzie-eyed should they come out with news of some magnitude which, incidentally, would be a first.

4. No news is not necessarily good news, now is it?

5. There isn't enough interest by management to "share" with the shareholders that which was discussed at the shareholders meeting. Even highlights of the event could have been posted on the website.

6. As they say these days -- "reality bites".
