LOL there hasn't been a day when the volume reached 100,000. Obviously your definition of dumping is different than most.
You will see a RS at some point, which in this case will be necessary and favorable for the stock. Not only will it give the company a creditable trading platform it will allow institutional buyers justification for investing. Lincoln Park and SNGX did a smart deal that is going to make everyone invested here a lot of money down the road.
