Nice DD! $48 M in revenue? To me this is acting like an 1 to 100 reverse merger into a very quality company. People are shouting RS like it is the usual 1000/1 and AS stays at original level. Here we are doing only a 100 to 1 RS and also getting seemingly a high-quality new company and RS'ing the AS also. All very different than just a normal RS! IMHO
