And apparently there are a lot of people trading this that have none. I'm long on this, but it definitely sucks that a $280K note wasn't allowed to be paid in full and has at least in the short term halted this stock. If that note was allowed to be paid outright rather than convert, we would be well under 1 billion OS and have more chasers than flippers and it would easily be over a penny.
