SUNEQ .I have a feeling this is my last post of day ( FREE LOL ) The only thing I have to say about liabilities and assets is : I have a feeling that nobody knows other than the wonderful top brass of Sunedison, the lawyers, both side's, and the Judge. Maybe not even the Judge because we haven't even gotten any where near that point in hearing's.And the calculation's are ongoing as it changes with the " business as usual crap ". I have a feeling that the last time SUNEQ filed a 10Q was last year...No 10K yet. They are also being investigated by SEC, DOJ now Junior creditor's for fudged accounting as well as , " uncomfirmed " inflation of cash on hand number's ( BANK )in last years 10Q. I have a feeling that only the people previously mentioned know the truth. Everything else is utter speculation. Peace to one and all.
