No, sir ... it is specific and exact. Judge Ungora called out MW for "smuggling," for clearly and obviously intending to defraud Mr. Adelstein and said he acted with "Scienter." This was done in writing.

MW has little chance of avoiding prison, now that a Federal Judge has, in effect, accused him of felonies.
