Lots of numbers getting bounced around. The share buyback is not set in stone as to the number or value as far as i am aware they will buy as when nothing 100% confirmed in advance regarding definite totals.
I would like to think and i am pretty sure most people on this board were fully aware of the 51% for $7.5 million etc, its the main point on the SPA. Does it really matter whether the OS is 900 million or 999 million after the 2nd tranche with the company continuing to move forward and the R/S to come. IMO not really i would be concerned if there was dilution to pay notes and the PPS was dropping but we are on a upward curve and the PPS will rise, you should have factored in the SPA share count to your mental price target anyway.
Not sure why people are so concerned about perhaps 10% of the shares after the 2nd tranche, when as far as i can see we are all being kept in the loop and the company is in far better shape than it has been ever. I mean No convertible debt,money from the JV, contracts ongoing and new with the real likelihood of substantial new business in Asia. A partner with deep pockets and contacts. A decent profit margin on the product, a product with a large potential market ,potential future uplisting and the rewards that should bring. The list goes on.
Not a huge fan of bamboozling people with numbers and although some way off some food for thought, just think about the future PPE ( not factoring in a R/S) if we say had sales of $100 million and a profit of $35 million at PPE x1 that would be PPS of .035 on a billion shares. Now Netflix has a PPE x 309 ( crazy right), Apple is PPE x10 ,GE PPEx31, smaller companies like Ocean rig as bad as drilling is right now still has PPE x4 never mind all the biomedical companies that have never made a bean and priced in the $100s of millions. My point is there is still a lot of room for this to be profitable for all of us even at billion shares prior to R/S, just need to keep passing those milestones and i think we are golden. EOM
