pyct was DTC Chilled twice... it severely hampered their ability to dump more shares.... the chill (BRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr) caused the company to restructure some issuance failings (it was caused by insiders trying to covert to commons and dump more)

pyct management was jailed for tax evasion on the sale of pyct stock

pyct is currently banned from trading in canada someplace.

LOL Good DD is hard to come by on this clown empty shell company but the hyping continues.
