You must have realized this surely , its been public knowledge for months, it really is not as bad as the headline numbers appear, and it really affects nothing because most if not all people investing here would/should be aware of this already through the amount of DD out there already.

First people were trying to hype it up by saying Chinese were paying 10c a share to tempt in buyers and now its the 51% and extra shares and its a problem. Nothing has changed they are paying $7.5 million for a 51% stake in the JV common shares, which in reality due to the special shares KJ will continue to hold means overall control of the company will be retained by KJ. IMHO the 51% is just to satisfy Chinese government rules for JVs with foreign companies and is more for appearances sake. KJ is not going to give up his baby but he realizes the future and lots of advantages lies in partnership.

The share count came right in where we all thought so no alarms there, the CEO continues to buy on the open market, the PPS is right where it should be and as things progress it will follow right behind. Lots of strong holders here so overtime the float will reduce and interest will rise, a good recipe for PPS increase. Contracts and revenue increasing and 2016 should be the defining year for CDNL

IMHO anyone holding a decent position here should be very happy with the last few weeks, Things seem to have finally turned around and i see the Chinese, 51% and all as a huge positive the Chinese market is potentially huge and you will not break that without the JV.
