SUNEQ -Wrong , Wrong and guess what ? Wrong again ..... Sunedison doesn't have to show damn thing. Obviously they are good at " Hide and Seek ". It is now up to the court to manage the digging and digging and total violation of Sunedison's "private" parts. They will be violated and if you will, molested until the truth come's out. Yes the Honorable Judge Bernstein is known as a pro common shareholder Judge. I think that if they find corruption or " Fudging " of numbers.. The more the Judge will lean towards compensation for commons, or atleast keep us in the game percentage wise. We called this whole situation a soap opera back when it was flopping $4 - $6 then back again. Total clusterjam.. Gonna be a long BK.
