SUNEQ - I agree to a degree only time will tell but after today , I think good ole Judge Bernstein is letting Junior Creditors do the dirty work and clean house, along with ongoing investigations by SEC and DOJ. He is def looking to restructure top brass , so creditors will be more comfortable knowing the people at Suned that are responsible for this mess, will be weeded out and shown the door.Lets face it ,the company cannot be restructured with the same people at the helm. Creditor's over lended , irresponsible in my book. And Suned over extended and prob lied about cash on hand and total asset values , Criminal in my book.. Really cant wait to see the unveiling of that mysterious 10K
