10K ALL FINANCIAL CURRENT ON TAUG.

VERY WRONG! This is bad information. The 10-K, which was filed today, covers Fiscal 2015. That was over a year ago, i.e. MARCH 31, 2015. TAUG remains more than a year behind in its financial report filings! As said before, it is quite likely the company will not be CURRENT until the annual report for Fiscal 2016 is filed. This report is due by June 30, 2016, but will likely be covered by an extension (NT 10-K), making the filing date mid-July 2016! Were TAUG to miss this filing date, the next opportunity to become current would be the filing for Q1 Fiscal 2017, which is due on August 15, 2016.

Being current remains months away!
