I think they will be able to avoid the issuance of more warrants. I'm hoping we see enough share price appreciation to at least over $1 within the next few months. The series C & C-1 warrants are mandatory exercise if $TPIV trades above (I'm assuming it is close above) $1 for 10 consecutive trading days. Should this happen $TPIV would receive about $8.5 million. Add to that the $760k to be recieved from the current outstanding A & A-1 warrants your looking at ove $9 million. This will be more than enough to cover expenses for at the very least another year from when they receive it. This doesn't include ~$25 million they will get should the D, E, D-1, & E-1 warrants be exercised. The phase II trials should be complete well before the company has the need to issue any more warrants. If results are what we are all expecting then $TPIV will quickly be scooped up by one of the big boys, most likely $AZN. There is absolutely no need now, nor should there be any need later for the issuance of more warrants. IMO of course.
