You have some good points there. Also From what I seen other articles bankruptcy cancels other lawsuits. Everything gets negotiated. The judge sent a message by ending early today. Work together otherwise I will do something you both won't like Looking at some of dockets filed today there is a push to get the debtors to disclose a lot of confidential information to the creditors.
