Conspiracy theories eh? How do you explain the fact that a group of self purported Phd's who remained completely anonymous with an offshore server address wrote an 81 page report based on conjecture and distortion of already known public information, all the while stating they were shorting the stock, stood to make financial gain, and that none of what they were saying could be substantiated as truth, was able to start a free fall in this stock's PPS?

I hope to God your right, I really do. But if the report was so bogus it could be refuted in minutes, not 6 months...NWBO has put themselves in this spot, could short sellers and bloggers accelerate that? Of course but NWBO should have had the power to stop it. Do you think this screening halt is a good thing? Don't you think they would have been able to get financing if the halt was because there was something positive happening behind the scenes? Mark my words, this trial will be changed and expanded...or stopped. Regardless of the hit piece, of which nothing was refuted, even Woodford said the comapny had to act with greater transparency for the stage they're at.

If they weren't pulling so much money out of the business through Cognate and then hiding the terms from Shareholders it wouldn't be an issue. The NASDAQ issue is big too, do you think potential investors are going to reward the stock for all of these huge potential risks?? Are you crazy?
