If you do this,, Let me suggest an Idea..

DO NOT Go to your Branch Office.. Them there boys don't know Jack... Any type of In Person Meeting Should be done at their Main office in Chicago. Then You will have to setup and appointment, and should have a fold with you with ALL document inquiries/information to be presented.. I have found that going to my branch for any type of information involving specific questions like the sones your wanting is like going to the beach on a Cold and Rainy Day.. Just a waste of time..
