I think it gives the investors hope for closure. It also could be a chicken game between SUNEQ and TERP. It could force TERP to file for bankruptcy, yesterday TERP said they are delaying their 10-Q.


Maybe there is some tricks to get cheap shares and then flip them. You never know.
