Okay... A long time ago in a galaxy far, not so far away...
In an effort to not make 10ks so surprising, the SEC said "let's do quarterly filings but not make them as hard as the annual filings we already have imposed"

And here come the parade of 10Q's.


Rare is the company that pays to audit these companies... Mostly a 10Q just says how this quarter compared to a year ago.

Sure !

They throw a bone in here and there and they pop or drop for 10% but the 10K is the real deal.

So I laugh...

And I laugh at anyone who hangs their hat on a Q.
