Fred's "lastest" explanation is that he has a "partner" who will provide the truck to cart the desert dirt to his imaginary mill, and pay CJTF by the ton.

So CJTF doesn't need any capital, nor machinery.

Oh, and he promises his few hapless shareholders (remember, CJTF underwent 2 Reverse Splits in less than 12 months) that all the proceeds from desert dirt sales will be distributed as a "dividend".

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1300 split Pay date=07/22/2015.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 2000 split. Pay date=03/01/2016.

Ouch.
