This is an interesting concept, but I don't see how it can work in a practical sense. Question for brinchnyc; You say you can sell at anytime, even after lending out your shares for a premium of 15% - 45%, whatever, how can that be? That would mean you control the timing of your position being lent even after you agree to lend, I assume for a premium which must be based on something, like time frame??? I've never heard of this, but appreciate anything you can share that helps clarify how this works. The way it's been described so far, there is no risk, which means everyone would do it.
